Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the CMA will prepare and administer medications as ordered by the attending physician, as well as give direct care to promote the residents’ safety and comfort. |
| Required Skills | Successful candidates must be dependable, compassionate, have good time management and communication skills, and have a desire to work with the elderly. You may occasionally be asked to fulfill the responsibilities of a Geriatric Nursing Assistant. Requirements also include CPR certification and a current Maryland Certified Medicine Aide license. |
